See how alcohol
affects you.
Log what you drank, or mark a night alcohol-free. The next morning Pare reads your overnight Apple Health data — HRV, resting heart rate, sleep — and tells you in plain language how that night compared to your own baseline, not a population average. It describes; it doesn't grade.
What Pare does
Your baseline, not a chart from a study
Pare compares a night to how you normally sleep and recover. Population averages tell you nothing about your body; the first stretch is deliberately quiet while it learns yours, rather than confidently wrong.
No streaks, no score, no shame
Pare is not a sobriety program and not a curriculum. There is no streak to break and no vocabulary of slipping or failing. Choosing “just observe” is a legitimate goal, not a placeholder.
It says when it doesn't know
An unlogged night is an unknown night — never quietly credited as alcohol-free. A drink-night comparison needs at least four of each kind of night with usable data before Pare will show one. Below that, it stays quiet.
A record you can hand to a doctor
The Log tab produces two PDFs: a short analysis report and a day-by-day record. Every section is a toggle you control, and your written notes are off by default behind an opt-in switch.
Read-only Apple Health
Pare requests read access only, and can never write to, change, or delete anything in your Health app. Decline it and Pare keeps working — the metrics it can't see simply drop out, and it says so.
Every feature free
There is an optional support subscription that unlocks nothing, because nothing is gated. Subscribing funds continued development; that's the whole deal.
Private, by design
No account, no login, no email address. There is no Pare server holding your drinks, your check-ins, or your health readings — no upload, no sync, no iCloud backup to us. Insights are generated on device using Apple's Foundation Models, never a cloud AI service. Read the Pare Privacy Policy for the full detail.
What Pare is not
Pare never estimates blood alcohol content, intoxication, or anything about your fitness to drive. It is not a breathalyzer and must not be used as one. It is not a medical device, it doesn't diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. If something in your body worries you, please talk to a healthcare professional.
Where it stands
Pare is finished and in App Review. It is not on the App Store yet — when it lands, this page gets a download button. Email us to hear when that happens.
What you need
- An iPhone running iOS 26.5 or later.
- Apple Health access is optional but is where the body evidence comes from.
- Overnight HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep mostly come from wearing an Apple Watch or a compatible device overnight.
- On an Apple Intelligence–capable device, the daily read is generated on device by Apple's Foundation Models. Without it, Pare falls back to its own built-in logic — the app works either way.
