PeriPro Privacy Policy

PeriPro is built on one principle: your health data is yours, and it stays on your phone. PeriPro has no account, no server and no analytics. We cannot see, sell or share what we never receive.

This policy covers the PeriPro iOS app only. The Alibee LLC website has its own separate privacy policy, and our other apps have theirs.

Who we are

What you record, and where it lives

Everything you tap or type into PeriPro is stored only on your phone, in PeriPro’s own database. That includes:

• how you feel;
• the symptoms you log, and how strong they are;
• bleeding;
• notes;
• your answers about periods and hormones;
• your settings, and the moves you mark done.

It is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Your phone’s backup

Your phone’s backup (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) includes PeriPro’s data if that backup is on. That is Apple’s backup, under your Apple account and Apple’s terms; PeriPro does not run its own.

Apple Health

Only if you connect it. PeriPro then reads, on the phone: sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps, workouts, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, wrist temperature during sleep, and menstrual flow. You can allow some of these and not others on Apple’s own screen, and change your mind in the Health app at any time.

PeriPro writes one thing to Apple Health: menstrual flow, when you log bleeding in PeriPro. Nothing else is written.

What PeriPro keeps from Health is derived: daily figures and your own recent usual, used to color your day and to show your figures against your usual. It never stores raw Health samples, never stores an exact time beside a reading, and never sends Health data anywhere.

What leaves your phone, and where it goes

• Weather. The Moves tab shows the weather for where you are. To get it, your phone sends an approximate location to Apple’s WeatherKit service once per fetch, under Apple’s privacy terms. PeriPro does not store your location, and the weather line works without it if you decline.
• What you choose to share. The doctor page (PDF or spreadsheet) and the backup file exist only when you make them, and go only where you send them through the iOS share sheet.
• Email to us. If you write to us, your message reaches our mail provider like any email. That is the one case in which we hold something you sent.

Nothing else is transmitted. No analytics, no crash reporting service, no advertising identifiers, no tracking across apps or sites.

Notifications

The optional morning reminder is a local notification scheduled on your phone. It carries no data and involves no server.

Deleting your data

Settings → Your data → Delete all data removes everything PeriPro stored on this phone, and the app returns to its first screen. Data PeriPro wrote to Apple Health (menstrual flow) is managed in the Health app. Deleting the app also deletes its data, except what your phone’s backup already holds.

Children

PeriPro is for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because PeriPro does not collect information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version and its date appear here. The version number above moves when the words do.
