PeriPro Terms of Use

These terms cover the PeriPro iOS app. The Alibee LLC website has its own Terms of Use.

1. Who

PeriPro is published by Alibee LLC (“we”), a New York company. By using PeriPro you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard terms for apps from the App Store, which apply where these are silent.

2. What PeriPro is

PeriPro is a personal wellness tracker. It records what you choose to log, shows it back to you in colors, numbers and patterns, and offers general everyday ideas. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, predict or prevent any condition. Nothing in PeriPro is medical advice. Decisions about your health belong with you and your clinician.

3. Your data

What you record stays on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for your phone’s backup. We cannot recover data you delete or lose, because we never had it.

4. Apple Health

Reading from and writing to Apple Health happens only with your permission and under Apple’s terms. Figures from Apple Health are as accurate as their source; PeriPro shows them, it does not verify them.

5. Use

PeriPro is for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you control. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misrepresent it.

6. Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue PeriPro or any part of it. We will try to keep what you have recorded reachable through the export in Settings.

7. No warranty

PeriPro is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it is error-free or that any reading, pattern or suggestion is correct for you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Alibee LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from PeriPro, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which for 1.0 is nothing.

9. Governing law

New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; courts in New York have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you other rights.
