PeriPro Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This notice covers consumer health data connected with the PeriPro iOS app, published by Alibee LLC, a New York limited liability company. Our full privacy policy is at alibee.io/peripro/privacy. It is the notice Washington’s My Health My Data Act asks for, and it serves the same purpose under Nevada’s and Connecticut’s consumer health data laws.

Categories of consumer health data

PeriPro handles these, on your phone:

• how you feel each day, the symptoms you log and how strong they are, bleeding, notes, and your answers about periods and hormones;
• if you connect Apple Health: sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps, workouts, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, wrist temperature and menstrual flow, kept only as daily figures, flow days and your recent usual;
• what PeriPro works out from these: each day’s color and number.

Alibee itself receives none of this from the app. Alibee receives only email you write to us, which may contain health information if you write it, and, if you test a beta, TestFlight crash reports and any feedback or screenshots you send. If you share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple gives Alibee totals about PeriPro, not anything you logged.

Why it is used

To show you your own days: each day’s color and number, the read, your patterns, Moves, and the doctor page you can export. Nothing is used for advertising, marketing, or to train AI models.

Where it comes from

From you (what you log), from Apple Health on your phone (only what you allow), and from PeriPro’s own calculations on your phone. If you email us, from your email.

Sharing

We share consumer health data with no one: no third parties and no affiliates, and we do not sell it. Google Workspace delivers and stores email you send us, as our processor. Apple acts on its own, under its own terms, for your phone’s backup and, if you turned it on, its App Analytics totals. Exports go only where you send them.

No third party tracks you over time or across apps and sites through PeriPro. We do not use geofences.

Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask us to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, to give you a copy of what we hold and a list of everyone we shared it with, to delete it, and to withdraw any consent. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 45 days (we may take 45 more days when needed, and will tell you).

Because PeriPro keeps your data only on your phone, we cannot see or delete it for you; Settings → Your data → Delete all data removes everything PeriPro stored there. What we may hold is email you sent us and, if you tested a beta, TestFlight reports and feedback.

If we decline your request, reply to say you appeal. We answer the appeal within 45 days, explain our decision in writing, and, if we decline again, tell you how to contact the Attorney General of your state.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version and its date appear here, and the app’s What’s New says so. We will ask before any change that collects or shares consumer health data.
